- Mr Chuang Wen Fu

- Mr. Chuang Tze Mon, son of Mr. Chuang Wen Fu, entered into a Share Transfer agreement with Mr. Chuang Wen Fu on 30 December 2005. Mr. Chuang Wen Fu will transfer 496,000 ordinary shares with a par value of S$1.00 each fully paid in Keytech to Mr. Chuang Tze Mon for a consideration of S$10,001,811.00.
- Keytech is a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and a substantial Shareholder of Memtech International Ltd.
- As a result of the above share transfer, Mr. Chuang Wen Fu’s direct interest in Keytech is reduced from 30.05% to 13.49%. Consequently, Mr. Chuang Wen Fu is no longer deemed to have an interest in the Memtech shares held by Keytech.
